Sea Impact ApS (“Sea Impact”, “we”, “us”) is a Danish data analytics company providing the SIMIP market intelligence platform for the offshore wind industry. Sea Impact is registered in Denmark and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

It does not cover data processed within the SIMIP platform itself, which is governed by separate contractual terms agreed with each client.
