Sea Impact ApS (“Sea Impact”, “we”, “us”) is a Danish data analytics company providing the SIMIP market intelligence platform for the offshore wind industry. Sea Impact is registered in Denmark and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

It does not cover data processed within the SIMIP platform itself, which is governed by separate contractual terms agreed with each client.

We only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Responding to enquiries, improving our website, and conducting market outreach to business contacts. We have conducted a balancing test and concluded our interests do not override your rights.
